sketchbook challenge – air mail

I recently discovered that the steam from a kettle will indeed loosen the glue from an envelope, allowing you to open it to see what’s inside. It isn’t just a thing you see the nosy neighbour do in the movies when they need to find dirt about someone… and no, that’s not what I was doing. I just wanted the maximum yield of paper from some of these air mail envelopes to make the cranes for my previous post. These kind of steamy secrets led me to my sketch for today. What is in this envelope?

More secrets tomorrow. Until then,  check out some of my stationery.
