sketchbook challenge – loose threads

I’m reminded of a story by a clothing designer. He had designed a collection with a deconstructed theme which included raw edges & loose threads. A few of his pieces were taken to the cleaners to be professionally steamed before a presentation. The clothing came back & the plastic coverings came off. All the threads had been clipped & the edges cleaned. I guess the cleaner thought it was unfinished.

More hand stitched type tomorrow… plus my opinion about home decor.
